This is usually how starcraft clans have worked, with identifiable tags. When TL founded on SC it was (L) behind the name. Does anyone know if SC2 will have a clan feature similar to Wc3? Beta Test Rank (if available): 1v1 Bronze: 35 ...I keep getting owned, but getting better  Will members be required to have (L) tag? I think we should have the surname be 'legion'. Ex: My name would be 'elijahtary.legion' or if they implement some sort of clan tag, then [tL] before the name. Does anyone know if SC2 will have a clan feature similar to Wc3? I would assume they're working on it, but I have not heard/seen anything relating to this.

The problem with sc is that many of the players i've been playing with have had the same Screen name for so long. For instence my good 1939 friends. You have all probly seen them around if you where ever playing starcraft in its hay day. People like Delacroix-1939 and RavExel-1939. we all understand the imporance of being a community when we play so where all friends togeather. But you will see as you scroll trow my friends there players all from different parts like( " 001, STC, 1939, NME, KoF, FsL), NwA, [u], UAL, and a whole lot more. People will always want to have there origanal names. Mine will be DarkStoner001.qwerty and the faster we get accepted as a division the faster we will have list of members and players names openly availble for everyone to see at anytime who is online.
